For Better or Worse

The series is good. But this series is idiotic.

Come up with a wedding, I'm ashamed of Torres. It's a real shame for Torres and Knight as if the series' writers want to put them together. I see a crisis of the genre among the creators of the series, there are no more serial criminals, or maniacs. The agency has turned into a kindergarten where it catches simple vagrants.

This is no longer a crime series, but a comedy in the style of "Friends".

The plots have become very simple and uninteresting lately. There is no storyline or intrigue.

I watched parallel NCIS Origins, there is a much more interesting plot.

Bring Mark Harmon back to the series.

Yet another episode of Jessie drama that has nothing to do with NCIS. Just write her off the show if you can't find any real NCIS stories to include her in. Katrina needs to go back to rom-coms. They seemed better suited for her.

And more silliness for Jimmy. What nothing for him to help with in finding killers or bringing justice for victims? He was used more when Ducky was on the show. Now he is another stupid "filler" character like Jessie's character instead of a substantial detective/officer.

I don't know what's happened to this show but it's going down the tubes fast. It's more like a semi-romantic drama instead of what the excellent show has been for the last 20+ years. Watched the episode for less than half the subject matter being about a murder discovery. Episodes aren't even strong NCIS subject matters.

So very sad this show is being turned into a joke.

They've turned NCIS into a joke. The characters are nothing more than stereotypical caricatures.

This was the first episode I've ever fast forwarded through just to get it over with.

It's like all the good writers have departed and we're left with a bunch of rejects from some failed sitcom. Where's the drama? Where's the suspense? The intrigue? The characters don't even have to work to find a solution any more, just eat donuts and cajole each other over their failed interpersonal relationships, and suddenly a clue falls into their laps and the case is instantly solved.

It hasn't been the same since Abby left...

In NCIS's history, there have been some outstanding episode and, while the show has been affected by the departure of Mark Harmon, Gary Cole has done a commendable job of filling his shoes.

Unfortunately, despite the talents of the cast, the writers have seen fit to sully the show with ludicrous plots, such as in this episode. A tiny amount of time was devoted to the simplistic crime-of-the-week plot, with the bulk of the episode instead turned over to the creation of an implausible sting operation and the "comedy" arising from the NCIS agents' discomfort with it.

Not funny, not exciting, not well acted, not good enough NCIS.
