When Leah and Stephanie are lying on their backs in the lounge (at about 20:11), in the overhead view their heads are next to each other and their eye lines align perfectly. When the camera zooms to their faces each of their cheeks lines up with the other's eyes instead. The camera then immediately zooms out and their eyes are lining up perfectly again which they would have to have completely repositioned their bodies in order to have accomplished.

Seriously... Brazil is dirty and dangerous now?

This episode is super silly and a bit kitschy. But I was enjoying it and even laughed a couple times. Until... Brazil is depicted as some dirty third-world country where kids shouldn't go to because they'll get super sick? No explanation, just "I shouldn't have taken her to Brazil..." seriously, Grey's? Seriously?
