At the bar with the girls, Sheldon assures the girls that he's "an excellent dancer. Proficient in the rumba, waltz and cha-cha."
However, in episode #1.7 ("The Dumpling Paradox"), when Leonard suggests that the guys should have asked Penny if they could go dancing with her, Sheldon states that none of them can dance ("Assuming we could dance, which we can't ...").

Sheldon states he's proficient in three dances, as he had to take dance lessons against his will. As a Baptist he'd actually be forbidden from dancing or learning to dance. This also becomes apparent in the prequel series Young Sheldon, in which Sheldon never dances and his twin-sister Missy is not allowed to dance by their mom.
When Sheldon and the girls go dancing, Sheldon says that the waltz is music in 3/4 time. Then, as an example, he hums a tune that's in 4/4 time.
The things Sheldon speaks about doing, such as installing windows for fun on his laptop, gaming and such are clearly Windows Operating system. Sheldon's computer is typically the Red Alienware laptop (by Dell). At the end, when speaking to a hungover Amy, the laptop is the clearly distinctive Apple Macbook Pro that they are filming on.
While at the bar with Penny, Amy and Bernadette, Sheldon is asked if he has ever kissed a woman. He states that other than family he hasn't, yet in 'The Maternal Congruence' he is kissed by Leonard's drunk mother. Given Sheldon's literal-mindedness he wasn't lying (or ignoring continuity), since he wasn't the one initiating this kiss. When asked, writer Bill Prady said that the kiss doesn't count since it was forced upon Sheldon. Also, since Beverly was drunk, they had all agreed at the time not to discuss it further for Leonard's sake.
When Leonard is in the shower, the shower curtain was seen hanging on the outside of the bath tub. This would mean that water would have dripped onto the floor, which wasn't the case. What is more likely is that the visible curtain is only the outer sheet, and a liner is behind it, keeping the water in the tub.
Leonard should've known to push and hold down the off button to turn off the computer and completely disable Sheldon's countdown sequence.
As an attorney, Priya would know that a contract signed under duress is not enforceable.
Leonard describes Priya as "top of her class, Cambridge University". The term "top of the class" isn't applicable to universities in the United Kingdom, where graduating students are marked in the bands First, 2:1, 2:2 and Third rather than individually ranked. However, it should be noted that Leonard was speaking in US university terms. Thus, to describe Priya's academic excellence accurately, Leonard should say that she "got a First".
