- TV's Adam West, star of the superhero series "Catman," never had a real childhood. Timmy wishes that Adam could become a kid again. Timmy wishes Cosmo and Wanda were Tootie's birthday fairies for the rest of her birthday.
- *Birthday Wish*
At a pizza place called Mike E Mozzarella's, Timmy is saddened to see Tootie there with Vicky having a birthday party...of which noone is brave enough to come. Timmy claims that he would have gone, when Cosmo and Wanda remind him of how he got a pass to the restaurant in the first place. Apparently, Tootie invited him 3 times, and Timmy instead used those passes for himself, Chester, and A.J. to get in.
Going home, Timmy claims he is feeling funny, and Wanda explains he's experiencing guilt for taking the passes for Tootie's party, and forgetting about her. Hoping to make her feel better, Timmy wishes that his fairy godparents could be Tootie's until 10pm. The rules claim this is only possible if the child is twice as miserable as Timmy, and given that Tootie LIVES with Vicky, the wish is granted.
As soon as Tootie realizes she has fairy godparents, she wishes for a huge birthday party for the entire town to attend, complete with parade and giant birthday cake.
Mr Crocker at first finds nothing wrong with the scenario, but when finding out the cake is made with real buttercream icing, immediately suspects fairy godparent involvement.
Crocker then attempts to get Tootie to admit she is being helped by fairy godparents, but Timmy manages to thwart him at every turn.
