The only real gore is in severe flashback sequences while urban legends are being shared.

Another shows a tiny human fetus being removed from a stomach, and others show butchered animal meat.

There's also a brief scene where three or four people get killed with a pickaxe.

Minor injuries are shown too.

Several uses of the F-word and other profanities, especially during times of duress. In one case, the c-word is used.

A woman is shown having delusions after drinking absinthe.

The use of handheld cameras, light and dark, and confined spaces creates an intense atmosphere of claustrophobia and fear throughout the movie.

Aside from the violence mentioned above, there are several extended scenes of a woman being chased by a man in a grotesque goat mask through the catacombs.

As well as an insane monstrous creature chained up and wearing the goat mask.
