Your player can visit brothels and interact with prostitutes, who may say mild sexually-suggestive lines, but there's no sexual content or nudity other than that.

Standard Dungeons and Dragons video game violence. There is some blood and gore featured in some attacks. In one scene, you can see corpses covered in blood. The Kingmaker modules are more violent than the standard expansions and such, hence why they are rated M instead of T. This is also the reason for why the Enhanced Edition is rated M as well.

Despite its somewhat lenient age ratings (excluding the Kingmaker expansion), NWN is quite violent and bloody e.g. If an attack is strong enough, an NPC can disintegrate into a large puddle of blood with only bones left. Some areas also have impaled corpses and severed heads on pikes. There are options however, to adjust or even fully turn off the gore level in combat.

The player has the ability to attack and kill any NPC, including civilians. Though this isn't encouraged.

Occasional uses of "Damn" and "Hell".

A lot of areas have a dark and grim atmosphere.
