House tends to a 660-lb. comatose patient, played in the biggest fat suit ever made by wobbly-eyed movie actor Pruitt Vince. The corpulent man awakens and really doesn't want any help, thank you very much. House insists. Meanwhile, sinister cop David Morse keeps pressing on the wisemouthing House. The in-joke for TV buffs, of course, is that Morse got his start as a saintly young doctor on ST. ELSEWHERE. Cameron, Chase and Foreman are largely on the back burner for this one. In fact, Chase drops out of the episode early on. Maybe Jesse Spencer had a movie to film. Wilson also has little to do. House does manage to soil Wilson's smock at one point.
