My Melody & Kuromi Stop-Motion Animation Series Streams in July 2025
The year 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of Sanrio mascot character My Melody and the 20th anniversary of Sanrio mascot character Kuromi. To celebrate, the two characters are teaming up for a stop-motion animation series entitled My Melody & Kuromi that will stream on Netflix in July 2025. Related: Hello Kitty and Clamp Collab for Magical Cardcaptor Sakura Redesign Based on characters created by Sanrio, Tomoki Misato ( Pui Pui Molcar ) directs My Melody & Kuromi at animation studio Toruko from Wit Studio, while Shuko Nemoto provides the series composition.
