Fox Cancels Brooklyn Nine-nine But Hulu May Swoop in to Save It
Fox has canceled three of its big shows, each of which seemed to have a loyal fan base. Brooklyn Nine-Nine will come to an end with five seasons under its belt. The Last Man on Earth will end after four seasons. Then there's The Mick, which will say goodbye after only two seasons.
The series that they previously chose to renew include 9-1-1, Empire, Star, The Resident, The Gifted, The Orville and The Simpsons. They also ordered two new dramas that are called The Passage and Proven Innocent, as well as a new comedy entitled The Cool Kids.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine was a funny show that centered on 99th precinct of the NYPD and it starred Andy Samberg, Andre Braugher, and Terry Crews. After a five-season run, I guess it was time for it to come to an end. But! According to Deadline, Hulu is looking at swooping in to save it!
