‘X Factor’: Kelly Rowland & Paulina Rubio Confirmed As Season 3 Judges
Kelly & Paulina will join Simon Cowell & Demi Lovato on the judges’ panel this fall!
Ever since Britney Spears and L.A. Reid announced they wouldn’t be returning to The X Factor for its third season, the world has been clamoring to find out which celebs would take their seats — and now, we finally know! Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio have officially signed on to replace the exiting judges, Fox announced May 20.

Demi Lovato confirmed her return March 28, releasing the following statement:
I am so excited to return as a judge and mentor on The X Factor. Last season was an unbelievable experience and I really enjoyed developing personal relationships with the contestants and the panel. I look forward to taking my previous experience and applying it to make this season even better!
