Great-Great Granddaughter of musician Thomas Dorsey.

Daughter of John Dorsey, the creator of the hair accessory company "Lilla Rose". He named the company after his two daughters, Kerris Lilla Dorsey and Justine Rose Dorsey.

She was dating actor Dylan Minnette from 2014 to 2018.

She started appearing in television advertisements at age six.

She made her big screen debut as Kathy Cash in the 2005 film Walk the Line.
