John Belushi(1949-1982)

His final filmed performance was a comedic death scene for the comedy series Quelli della pallottola spuntata (1982). When he died soon after filming it, the producers chose not to air the sequence out of respect. Before "Police Squad!" was released on DVD, a search was made for that footage so it could be put on the DVD as an extra, but it could not be found and is now presumed lost.
