Anecdotes
This episode is a backdoor pilot for a spin-off series featuring some starring and guest starring actors from main series: Famke Janssen (Susan "Scotie" Hargrave), Ryan Eggold (Tom Keen), Edi Gathegi (Matias Solomon) and Tawny Cypress (Nez Rowan). The spin-off was titled The Blacklist: Redemption (2017) and was canceled after eight episodes.

Gaffes
The time line of Susan Hargrave being Tom Keen's mother would only add up if she had him when she was very young. But in the family picture, she is clearly at least in her thirties already.

Some Unsettling Suprises

Tom seems to have a connection to Scotty. Tom, who is bloodthirsty, does a terrible job when it comes to Solomon. The return of Godzilla/The Return of the Mummy/The Revenge of Dracula, etc. Etc. Etc. I know most politicians are by nature, crooks, but it would seem that if this show were accurate, we couldn't trust even the dogcatcher. As Alexander Kirk is hunted down, it's going to take some heavy stuff to get him. By the way, does Tom have to carry the baby like a football whenever he is around it? He should keep his hands free considering the circumstances. Enough said. Let's see what happens as the Third Season comes to an end.
