Yodi wanted more than anything to find out if the stories about the curse associated with the horror movie Jelangkung were true. He had heard that if someone watched the movie alone, they could be haunted by spirits. Despite his friends warnings against it, he was determined to make contact with the spirit who was sacrificed when the first Jelangkung movie was made years before. Unfortunately for Yodi, he discovered that wishes can come true.

The daughter who tries to figure out the mystery behind her father's tragic incident with the help of a puppet ghost, Jailangkung.

A girl watched an old videotape owned by his father who had communicated with her mother's deceased spirit using Jailangkung. She then assembles her own Jailangkung and plays it in hope also to communicate with her deceased mother.

The supernatural terror centers on a small family consisting of Adrian and his wife Sandra, along with their two children, Niki and Kinan, who are on vacation out of town.
