At its core, Marvel Rivals is a team-based PvP brawler, which has players duke it out in teams against each other. The game also features a wide selection of game modes, each offering a unique experience.

Although a sequel was confirmed early on, its development seems to have stalled, with Simu Liu himself expressing frustration over the delays. According to The Cosmic Circus, Disney has registered a new production company in the UK - named "Atlas Hall" - for an upcoming Marvel Studios movie.

NetEase Games’ Marvel Rivals offers a massive list of achievements that players can complete to get unique skins as well as some Units. These achievements are designed in a way that they encourage players to try out all the agents in the game.

Completing each achievement rewards players with Achievement Points, which can be redeemed for Units or skins, depending on the milestone you’ve reached. To get every reward, players must earn a total of 540 Achievement Points.

Marvel Rivals players can transform their favorite heroes into their favorite characters, icons, and even famous singers thanks to a few nifty mods. While mods are nothing new to the title, more and more hero customization options have been popping up by the day, allowing players to choose from a plethora of anime protagonists, legendary pop singers, and more.
