There is no such lot next to the actual Antwerp Airport. These images were shot in the Antwerp harbor, situated 7 kilometers away.
Whilst Luchtaven Airport could be described as 'Antwerp International Airport' when you consider Belgium's proximity to other countries, the airport has no scheduled airlines operating there owing to it's size. Brussels Airport is a short drive south of Antwerp and would be regarded as the 'International Airport' for Antwerp.
A big part of the plan is the fact that the security cameras cycle through and they have a couple of seconds in each area. It would be trivial to couple the displayed picture to motion detection, or to detect motion separately, especially if *nobody* should be there. Also there are only two checkpoints with guards and nobody is walking around there? Buildings with very basic security are better secured than that.
