During the challenges supplied by the industrial baron Reaver, the announcer can be heard shouting, "That hobbe is no more, he is dead, he has shuffled off this mortal coil", a reference that would be well-spotted by Monty Python fans as being from the "dead parrot" sketch. John Cleese was the one who made this sketch famous, and also supplies his voice to the Hero's butler, Jasper.

Masterpiece, one of the best games I've ever played

The story is great, the graphics are a bit off but this is 2010. I loved the atmosphere, characters, the threat, the tension and the fact that it's free roaming and that there's so much to do in this game, so much to find, so many different ways of going about things. I loved the multi choice conversations you could have with pretty much everyone, all round great game, quite hard towards the end which is great also
