Onward | Available to Stream on Disney Plus

Apparently Pixar has spoiled everyone with the high bar they set for every film they release. So much so that when a movie comes out and it's only beautifully rendered and emotionally moving and heartfelt, it's not hailed as anything more than a "good Pixar film." Onward may not reach the same peaks that we've come to expect from the animation studio, but it should feel at home on this list where it belongs.
