Italian mafia movies
I am a Neapolitan living in England, and for us Italians mafia is a cancer, eating away at our country and our society. I get the impression that outside of Italy, few people are aware of the seriousness of the phenomenon, mainly due to the glorification of the mafia in many American movies. So here is a list of Italian movies which, apart from being great movies in themselves, also give a good insight into the effect the mafia has on Italians. Enjoy!
