I have watched at least 10 of her ASMR videos on YouTube. From my limited experience with this method of, and I am assuming here, sort of a biofeedback, sort of, method of relaxation techniques directed at men. I don't say that in a sexist way but God made man and woman and he put in us our attraction to the opposite sex. This is not saying that a lesbian or bisexual individuals would not enjoy this method (ASMR), but in general I would have to say that men enjoy a woman's voice and I would assume the opposite is true for women. I am a 62 year old man, whom at the age of 39 had life under control. My own businesses, beautiful wife and wonderful children, 3, and no money worries making me think God had blessed me with this incredible life. But not more than 2 months into my 39th year God decided to test me and I went from what I thought was great health, running 6 miles 3-4 times a week and playing golf at my private country club at least 2-3 times a week to my back flaming up. My doctor admitted me to the hospital as it was not getting better and I was told after an MRI that I needed an emergency back surgery or I might never walk again. The surgery saved my ability to walk but the pain never went away and actually got worse. I was no longer able to work and I lost my ability to work, my wife divorced me and my life just fell off a cliff. Now 20+ years later I am in worse shape. Two rear end collisions while I was stopped at a red light. Multiple surgeries later and we are here. I have trouble sleeping and relaxing so I now listen to these occasionally to relax me and help me fall to sleep. I think these are best listened to by headphones or earphones, which is what I use. I think this is a great method to get me relaxed cause it is not a drug that I must take. Yes, it doesn't hurt that Ms. Porfirovna is beautiful but since I listen most of the time with my eyes closed, I think it is her voice and style of talking that I find soothing. I applaud this young woman finding something that she is good at and seems to enjoy and I would like to say thank you to her for her abilities. I would rather listen to her that take more medication.
