Continuity

The pickup truck goes throughout the movie alternating between having bullet damage and not having bullet damage.
Jim parks facing in with a 'parking stop' - front to the 'parking stop'. Next morning he drives off without encountering any 'parking stop'
When Jim and Miguel burn the cartel's cash, Miguel could be seen taking the newer version of $100 bills from Jim and crumpling one (@1:22:22), but as Miguel throws it in the fire, the older version of $100 bills could be seen in both of Miguel's hands (@1:22:29).

Factual errors

After handing the gun shop owner his driver's license while purchasing the rifle and the pistol, the owner says "Got to run a background check. Normally doesn't take too long, but the computer's down." He then states it might take a few hours but no later than the next day. The National Instant Criminal Background Check System (known as NICS) is used to determine the eligibility of a person to purchase a firearm. It is Instant and is conducted over the phone. No part of it uses a computer at any point.
In the final fight scene, the pistol magazine is ejected and the chambered round is fired, but the slide doesn't lock to the rear. This is very unlikely for that weapon when there is no magazine.
Newer standard Arizona license plates consist of two groups of three characters, separated by a large space in the middle. The characters are not stamped into the plate and the spacing between the characters in each group is closer than what is depicted on his plate.

Revealing mistakes

Driving down a side road at 1:25:06, the speedometer indicates 70 mph, but the vehicle shows it to be in Park.
While Jim and Miguel are driving on I-40, a four-lane divided Interstate with a 75 mph speed limit, it is very obvious that they are going extremely slowly, probably no more than 20 mph at some points. In addition, the truck shows to be in park, and the key appears to be in the off position. This would indicate that the vehicle is being towed while on a trailer.
When Jim hoots the SUV's tire, there is no reason for it to leap up into the air as it does - the road is flat - it's the cylindrical device beneath where the passenger seat is that does it.
At 20:19, the Ak47 Hernando is firing from behind the truck door has a flattened barrel making the gun inoperable and and unable to fire.
A charater is looking at a car and says there is a slug in it, though there isn't a shotgun present when it's shot.

Miscellaneous

While the characters are driving along Interstate 40 (formerly called Route 66) it is verbally identified as "Highway 40." Interstates are typically referred to as "interstate" or as "I," such as "Interstate 40" or "I-40." Federal highways, such as "U.S. 60" which goes through the Panhandle of Oklahoma, would generally be referred to as "Highway 60." This also applies to state highways.

Crew or equipment visible

At 1:12 when the kid gets back in the truck, you can see a 4-inch pad the boy is sitting on to raise his height.

Errors in geography

The final scene supposedly takes place in Chicago, Illinois area, but as Jim steps into the bus, Hausfrau Record Shop [there is only one location for Hausfrau Records, and that is in Cleveland, Ohio, nearly 400 miles away from Chicago] is seen in the background.
When in the convenience store, there is a cooler with prominent Great Lakes Brewery displays present. This is due to the movie being filmed in Cleveland, Ohio where Great Lakes Brewery is located. A place over 1000 miles away like Oklahoma would be extremely unlikely to have a cooler dedicated to the independent brewery.

Plot holes

At the motel, Jim calls 911 reporting a robbery at the motel before heading out the window with Miguel. As the cartel thugs are chasing Jim & Miguel sirens are heard approaching and one of the henchmen advises Mauricio that need to go. But when the thugs are back in the parking lot they're in no particular hurry, no sirens are heard and no police are present.

Character error

Jim tells the trooper that pulls him over "I've got a .45 under the seat and a rifle in the back, both registered." There is no registration requirement, nor a system that can accommodate, gun registration in the states Jim has been in. Someone who deals with firearms as much as Jim does would know this.
Jim wears his watch with the watch face on the outer wrist.
