The Trouble with Harry

Cordelia gets a message that someone wants to see her in the building across the way from The Whitehouse, a kid explains that he keenly watched events, and saw a red light flashing just down from the scene of the crime. Cordelia is keen to speak to Tripp, she learns about his erratic behaviour.

I'm starting to enjoy the pacing, it was a little frustrating at first, but now I see that it's deliberately measured, it allows all of these delicious strands to develop.

Nobody seemed to have a motive, or want A. B. dead, now it seems that everyone wants him dead.

We learn that A. B. stopped trusting Harry, is he now more likely as a suspect than Tripp? He seems more likely, he's a bit dodgy. What about Jasmine, nothing on her yet, she's benefited from A. B.'s death, is she likely?

One thing I've noticed, the sound on this show isn't particularly good, my TV is on super loud, at times it seems a little muffled.

Jason Lee was so good as Tripp, such a big and zany performance.

I'm glad The Senator asked for question, where is Cordelia Cuppa?

Detective Cordelia Cupp visits a teenager who might have seen something important from across the street.

Vushi has been very observant but annoyed that his family's tour of the White House was cancelled over the mysterious death.

Cupp finds herself interrogating Tripp Morgan (Jason Lee) the president's wastrel brother. Another unreliable witness.

Cupp also finds out that White House security is not that tight when she learns of a couple of gatecrashers to the banquet.

Midway through and I am finding that the pace is definitely flagging. The series needs to be more spiky at this stage.

Of course I am not the only one wondering Where is Cordelia Cupp as regards the congressional hearing.
