"Can you see us?" was a question that Ghost Whisperer posed a lot. As trapped, frightened, or confused (and sometimes angry) ghosts popped up in Melinda Gordon's place of work, the streets she walked down, or even her own home, audiences were invested in the emotional storytelling that went on in the beloved supernatural TV drama of the 2000s.

Ahead of their CinemaCon presentation on Monday, Sony Pictures has debuted the first official poster for their upcoming slasher sequel I Know What You Did Last Summer and it teases the return of a familiar hook.

While we'll have to wait until this summer to find out who's wielding the hook, we do now that the movie will feature the return of both Jennifer Love Hewitt as Julie James and Freddie Prinze Jr. as Ray Bronson. The duo starred together in the 1997 horror classic I Know What You Did Last Summer and its 1998 sequel I Still Know What You Did Last Summer.

Jack Brennan is about to look a lot different on General Hospital.

Deadline has confirmed that Charles Mesure, who joined the ABC sudser in December of 2023, is walking away from his role as Brennan and will be replaced by Chris McKenna, who is best known in the soap world for playing Joey Buchanan on One Life to Live and Det. Mark Harding on The Young and the Restless.

Mesure’s last air date was Jan. 30; McKenna will show up starting Feb. 4.

“Charles Mesure opted to exit the role of Brennan,” according to a Gh statement. “We wish him all the best in his future endeavors. General Hospital looks forward to continuing Brennan’s exciting storyline with Chris McKenna in the role.”

Actor Kenneth Mitchell has passed away, his family has confirmed.

With a statement posted on Instagram, Kenneth Mitchell's family revealed that the actor has died from complications of Als. It was stated that Mitchell had "faced a series of awful challenges from Als" over the course of five and a half years. He died on Saturday, Feb. 24, according to his obituary. Mitchell was 49 years old.

Kenneth Mitchell, the actor best known for his work in Star Trek: Discovery and Jericho, has died. He was 49.

The news of his death was announced in a post to X on his personal account. The actor had been battling amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Als) for over five years; a GoFundMe fundraising link was shared to Mitchell’s X account on Sunday, with the actor requesting that any gifts “be directed toward Als research or in support of his children.”

MGM+ has renewed sci-fi mystery thriller series Beacon 23 for a second season. The eight-episode season 2 will premiere on the streaming service in April. The news is not a surprise. The series already had been renewed by Spectrum and AMC, where it originally had been greenlit, and MGM+ is now formally committing to air it.

Starring Stephan James and Lena Headey in Season 1, Beacon 23, based on the best-selling book by Hugh Howey, is created and executive produced by Zak Penn.

Set in the farthest reaches of the Milky Way, Season 1 followed Aster (Headey), a government agent, and Halan (James), a stoic ex-military man, whose fates became entangled after they found themselves trapped together inside one of many Beacons that served as a lighthouse for intergalactic travelers. In Season Two, Beacon 23 is now little more than a prison with Aleph onboard, and The Artifact provides more questions than answers.

Tom Pelphrey has been cast in HBO’s untitled Task Force series from Brad Ingelsby. The drama is currently in pre-production.
