Ted Markham has opened 12 different bank accounts under different names and wearing disguises, only to rob their ATM's in one fell stroke. Kris volunteers to get close to Markham and let him 'spend some of that money' on her in order to catch him. When Ted invites her to go to Vegas with him Kris accepts, and starts to grow fond of the charming thief. Meanwhile, an angry casino owner and his goon follow Markham and Kris, thinking they are are double act out to rob more casino's.—The TV Archaeologist

Twelve different banks have been robbed by twelve very different men, each robbery, to the tune of approximately $20,000 apiece totaling around a quarter of a million dollars, conducted in the same manner: each robber, who recently opened an account at the respective bank, used his bank card to "withdraw" money not from his account from the bank's automated teller machine. The description of the account holders by the bank representatives have the collection of robbers at different builds, ages and ethnicities. One of the bank presidents is a friend of Charlie's who convinced the other bank presidents as a collective to hire the agency. Bosley discovers one other common denominator between the robberies: a man named Ted Markham, who designed the model of automated teller machine that was hit in all twelve cases, he installing them all, and he just having quit his job with the company for which he was doing this work. In believing Markham the mastermind behind the robberies, they have to obtain some of the several hundred dollar bills among those stolen from Markham, he who is sure to start spending. Among the three Angels, Kris volunteers to act as the bait on who Markham will spend some of that money. In Kris working on Markham, she discovers that he is a high roller, one who knows how to gamble and win big, that penchant taking them to Vegas. Meanwhile, Kelly, with what evidence they have on hand, believes Markham is the one and only perpetrator, he in a different disguise at each of the banks, he working alone. What complicates the case is that a local casino owner and his right hand thug are, unknown to the Angels and Bosley, after Markham and Kris in believing that Markham cheated in winning at poker at his casino. The other complicating factor is that Kris is starting to have true affection for Markham, especially when he talks about their future together.—Huggo
