Josh Brolin Says He Sleeps With Nicotine Pouches in His Mouth
Josh Brolin is a huge fan of nicotine pouches.
During an appearance on Marc Maron‘s Wtf podcast, the 56-year-old Dune actor revealed that he uses nicotine pouches constantly after giving up chewing tobacco and nicotine lozenges.

“I don’t even know I’m doing it, I’m asleep,” he added. “I have a pouch in my lip, and I’m not f–king lying, 24 hours a day.”
According to Yale Medicine, nicotine pouches do not contain tobacco and “are tucked in between a person’s lip or cheek and gums; the nicotine is absorbed into their bloodstream through mucous membranes in their mouth.”
