Now, a source has told People that Berry is “relieved” to have finally reached a settlement.

The source said that the 57-year-old actress is “so ready to move on,” adding, “It’s been way too drawn out.”

Berry and Martinez’s divorce settlement has been a long time coming. They initially filed for divorce in October 2015, after just two years of marriage.

In December 2016, a judge ruled them both legally single, but negotiations over issues like child custody and support carried on for years.

After almost eight years, Halle Berry has finalized her divorce settlement from ex-Olivier Martinez. The settlement confirmed that Berry and Martinez will share joint legal custody of their son Maceo, 9.

Berry will pay Martinez around a total of $8,000 per month in child support. The cost of their son’s private school tuition, uniforms, school supplies and any extracurricular activities will also be covered by Berry. In addition, for any income that Berry receives above $2 million, Martinez will get an additional support of 4.3%.

Berry filed for divorce with Martinez in 2015 after two years of marriage. They were then declared legally single by a judge in 2016. Despite the ruling, Berry and Martinez still continued to mediate over child support, custody and alimony.

Berry is also a mom to a 15-year-old daughter with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, whom she broke up with in 2010.

Halle Berry and her ex, the French actor Olivier Martinez, have hammered out a custody agreement nearly seven years after they were legally declared single.

According to legal documents, obtained by Et, the Oscar-winning actress will pay Martinez $8,000 per month in child support for their 9-year-old son, Maceo. On top of the monthly child support, Berry will also pay Martinez 4.3 percent of any income she receives above $2 million “for additional child support for Maceo.”

In the same docs, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, it’s noted that Berry, who shares physical and legal custody with Martinez, will also pay for Maceo’s private school tuition, school uniforms/supplies as well as 100 percent of any extracurricular activities Maceo’s involved with, like soccer. She’ll also be the one providing Maceo’s health coverage through her insurance.

Charlize teamed up with Dior to campaign their newest perfume: J’adore Parfum D’Eau.

The newest perfume doesn’t include alcohol as its base, but rather uses water for a fresh but light scent.

Dior’s website lists three different perfumes as part of the new line: The J’adore Parfum D’Eau, alcohol-free with floral notes, J’adore Eau De Parfum Infinissime, with citrus, floral, and woody notes, and the J’adore, a floral scented perfume.

The three range in price from 118 Usd to 124.
