She made guest appearances on all three of the longest running North American science fiction series: Akte X: Die unheimlichen Fälle des FBI (1993), Stargate: Kommando SG-1 (1997) - 75 Episodes and Smallville (2001).

Travelled to Korea (July 2001) and Qatar (December 2001) on USO Tours.

Friday, October 3rd, 2008 at 5:26pm, gave birth to a little girl named Londyn Jean Alana Abrahams-Rothery weighing 6lbs 15 oz and measuring 19 1/2 in long.

Has appeared in episodes of two different television series with Peter Stebbings where the main characters' base of operations was the Cheyenne Mountain Complex in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA: Stargate: Kommando SG-1 (1997) and Jeremiah - Krieger des Donners (2002).

As of 2021, she has appeared in 13 live-action Christmas movies made for television; 13 since 1994's Eingeschneit - Weihnachten im Schneesturm (1994), 12 since 2004's The Twelve Days of Christmas Eve (2004).

"I'm so not like [Stargate: Kommando SG-1 (1997) character Dr. Janet] Fraiser. She's so controlled and contained. I'm nuts! I'm full of energy! I'm always going. I try to slow it down by doing yoga, but I end up the loudest one in the class. I'm always active, roller blading and taking dance classes".

[on the idea of an on-screen romance on Stargate: Kommando SG-1 (1997)] "The fans always want to link you up romantically. The British fans always want to link me up with Dr. Daniel Jackson, and another group of fans want to link me up with Jack O'Neill. I would hate to see any kind of love interest among the team. I think if there was something like that it would be better coming from someone off the base".

[Her ideal storyline on Stargate: Kommando SG-1 (1997)] "I'd wish for a romantic story, where my character finally gets to conquer the male guest star. Now look at this show: Jack and Daniel always get some women, and also Sam gets her choice. And what does Dr. Fraiser get? A stethoscope".

If they'd handed over the command over [Stargate] SG-1 to Amanda [Tapping] and me, we'd definitely soon have a pure comedy show, no, I don't think we'd manage to get anything serious going because we'd be joking non-stop!
