- Horst Naumann wurde am 17 November 1925 in Deutschland geboren. Er war Schauspieler, bekannt für Todesschüsse am Broadway (1969), Das Traumschiff (1981) und Frau Cheneys Ende (1961). Er war mit Martina Linn und Christa von Arvedi verheiratet. Er starb am 19 Februar 2024 in Deutschland.

- German actor and voice dubber, trained for acting in Dresden and first on stage in 1946. Began his screen career in DEFA films before fleeing to the West in 1958 after refusing to be coerced by the Stasi (the infamous East German secret police) to make propaganda films.
- The German synchronising voice for Lex Barker, Leslie Nielsen and Sean Connery.
- From the 1970s and 80s active in TV roles and at boulevard theaters in Munich, Hamburg and Cologne. Achieved his greatest popularity in the role of Dr. Schröder in the TV series Das Traumschiff. His autobiography, published in 2005, is entitled "Zwischen Leuchtfeuer und Traumschiff".

- In the 1960s, Naumann became very popular through television. He played leading roles in the popular television series Wolken über Karun(1964), Bei uns daheim (1966) and Zimmer 13 (1967).
