According to the commentary on the 4th season CSI DVD, Erinn was called in to audition for a role on CSI: Vegas (2000) and bore such a striking resemblance to the show's lead actress Jorja Fox that the directors called her back for a later episode where the resemblance was pivotal to the storyline.

Erinn and husband Jack Hayes (a construction supervisor) are the parents of two daughters: Maggie Hayes (born in 2008) and Lilah Grace Hayes (born on April 29, 2009).

Discovered by filmmaker David DeCoteau and cast in the film, Du bist tot! (2001).
