- This short film shows how politicians used the singers/songs/music to promote the use of intoxicants and drugs in Punjab.
- The film is based on the meeting of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh and Shaheed Bhagat Singh at Central Jail Lahore on the day of release of Bhai Randhir Singh.
- OutJusticed 2 Documentary focuses on denial of justice by the Indian system in a particular pattern of cases where state uses force is used to snub a political movement which results in human rights violations but the victims of these human rights abuses are systematically denied justice and under the violators, personnel belonging to the Indian forces, are protected under the policy of impunity. OutJusticed 2 has taken the case of Sikh student Jaspal Singh of Gurdaspur as a reference point. Jaspal Singh Gurdaspur was killed by Punjab police in police firing on Sikh youth on March 29, 2012 at Gurdaspur. Video and forensic evidence surfaced clearly indicating that the police had opened fire on peacefully protesting Sikhs and that Jaspal Singh was hit by a bullet fired from an AK47 by Punjab police constable named Vijay Kumar. Still the police filed the closure report in this case and even the Punjab and Haryana High Court did not order independent probe in this case. OutJusticed 2 traces the roots of the incident, the details of the legal process, involvement and role of political leadership and digs deeper into this matter to find out the state policy which lies there as the seed cause. OutJusticed 2 is based on documentary evidence, video evidence, interviews with the eyewitnesses, family and relatives of the victim, those who suffered during the incident; advocates, lawyers, legal experts; historians and political analysts. In this documentary the whole story is told in the original words of those who told it to the makers the documentary.
