- South of Central is a raunchy comedy series, written by Joe Davison (Chauncey Davies) and Brianna Holzerland (Whitney Anderson - Davies,) about a child actor who has been dumped on his whole life. He currently lives in a garage and has nothing to his name. Yet, people still love him and think of him as the kid from those classic shows "Bunny Goes West!", "Lunchbox Junkie!" and "That's Life?". Whitney is a big part of Chauncey's problems as well. She left him when they were 18 and married his father, who is now dead. Since neither one of them will get anything out of the will, to the chagrin of Whitney, who thought she was getting everything. The only thing left to her and Chauncey is a run-down house - that they both have to live in. Whitney has to face the man whom's life she's destroyed, and Chauncey has to face his new life, of well, living in an actual house, except now he has to live with his ex-girlfriend, who is also his ex-Step Mother. What? Where's the weed?

Chauncey just learned that his father died three months ago. Now he must face Whitney Davies (Brianna Holzerland), his ex-girlfriend and also ex-stepmother. It's complicated. But hey, as Chauncey says, "That's Life!"

- Chauncey finds a new place to live but - as usual - that doesn't go so well when an expected guest shows up to be his roomy. And Paul Hammerstone gets some unsettling news.
