At the after march ceremony, Christians, Jews, Hindi, and Buddhists gathered to serve the community, giving away craft supplies to the children, clothing to adults and children alike, and food baskets. Although rooted in the Christian religion, the Middletown Organizer, Joseph Polley felt the need to bring all religions who wanted to participate together to show love to a community in need. This film documents that extraordinary day.
- In more than 1,000 cities around the world on May 25, 2016 Christians marched, sang and prayed during the 1996 Global March for Jesus. In the small Midwestern town of Middletown, Ohio, over 250 people marched in solidarity. Not only were Christians represented, Muslims and Buddhists joined in. During the after march celebration, over 1500 pounds of food was given out to the community. This film shows the march and the outreach afterwards.
