- In the mid 25th Century Captain Isotope and Cadet Timmy travel through Outer Space righting wrongs and defending innocence. When they are ordered to rescue the Princess of Space who has been kidnapped by the menace known as Bing the Merciless, a series of events is set in motion which propels Captain Isotope toward a final showdown with Bing. A tribute to the kiddie sci-fi shows of the 1950s set in a sitcom format, the show is made originally for WBXZ-Throwback Television channel 56.4 in Buffalo.

- A rainstorm is responsible for damage in The Mansion. Luckily, Scarlett purchased flood insurance. Unluckily, it was from a subdivision of Shyster and Shyster. As the storm rages on, Scarlett, CJ, a claims adjuster and evil circus owner Monica Lake are trapped inside The Mansion. Will Monica catch EBDC? Will Scarlett get the roof repaired?

Their victory is short-lived however as the HMS The Merciless is still intent on destroying them, and is significantly larger and better armed. Things turn for the worse however when Bing decides he wants to settle his grievances with Isotope and Daphne in person, and boards the ship USS Isotope looking for a fight.
- Recovering from the brutal attack by Bing the Merciless, Captain Isotope and Carter Winston are summoned to see Admiral Crossley over a very important development. The startling disappearance of Bing unveils a deep mystery the Gal-Fed is researching, and Crossley assigns Isotope to work on this with Carter. He also hands a recovered Cadet Timmy Jones back to the Captain. Before they can start looking into the mystery however there's still the matter of the AWOL General Crank, and her location has finally been discovered. The team is dispatched to bring her in for Justice.
- Having been arrested, Princess Marlea sits brooding in a therapy session as Science Officer Carter Winston tries to help her untangle her life and face legal consequences for her actions on Quarus Thule. But it's rough going as her issues are deeper rooted than previously thought. Eventually the therapy is interrupted by a call form Marlea's husband, Prince Luthor.
- A bored CJ auditions people over the internet for his production of Shakespeare's "Cymbaline."
- Suddenly stranded in a foreboding region of space, and being told by a Gypsy Woman that darkness is afoot, the crew of the USS Isotope struggle to survive as a horrible monster rampages through the decks of the ship shrieking and killing. It's a fight for survival as people die and the Gypsy woman gets loopier and loopier. And the worst is yet to come.
- 400 Years in the past a Russian Deep Space Probe runs across a mysterious derelict spaceship in orbit of Nalder Prime. Cmdr. Molgov decides to do a spacewalk and check it out with Col. Tonya Svetzara. The place is eery and abandoned, but nonetheless menacing. It isn't long before things start to go wrong, prompting Irina Bankov, the junior member of the team, to attempt a rescue mission. Despite a near disastrous attack on the Russian ship, she manages to board the Derelict and learns the dreadful secret of Nalder Prime.
- 2018–TV EpisodeThe vampiric Tonya and Tatiana, sole survivors of the doomed Komorov expedition from 2069, have attacked Carter and Oliver. Oliver manages to break free of their clutches, but Carter is not so lucky. Meanwhile a frantic Daphne onboard the USS Isotope tries to determine how best to help her teammates, only to discover she has an ally in Raul Mezon, whom she'd rather NOT have, to be honest. The race is on to see if they can save the day.
- When Cousin Rhinestone loses an ugly but valuable family heirloom, she sends CJ out to find it. Unfortunately, the trail is quite cold, and the punishment for failure might not fit the crime.
- Feeling creative Professor Raul Mezon, now the ship's cook, seeks out a new flavor to baste the crew's next meal. Sadly, his baste of choice is also a powerful hallucinogen and it sends Carter into a bizarre transformation that sets in motion a chain of events which brings the crew to the brink of disaster.
- Cro-Magnon Carter is still on the loose and Madam Kreyus is still missing. Captain Isotope take Raul back to the ship to find Carter while Timmy tries to track down Kreyus. It's all very straightforward until Carter meets up with the rogue planetoid's sole inhabitant, who is remarkably like-minded.
- As Perseus II careens out into space the USS Isotope struggles to maintain contact. Bozo 14 and a recovering Carter Winston run across Cadet Timmy and Madam Kreyus, and they coordinate to try to find a way back to the ship. Until help comes from an unexpected quarter. This is the last episode filmed prior to Michael O'Hear's Passing.
- Daphne's being driven to exhaustion and it takes some digging form Carter to find out why. Meanwhile Oliver is faced with a shocking twist when the ship that has fired on, and crippled the USS Isotope turns out to be skippered by his Ex-Wife, Mona Schroedinger.
- While CJ is away for college orientation, an anxious Tripp Punter appears at the door with a wild story about a dangerous, rampaging rubber duck. Even with input from his crew, he still sounds like a raving madman. Scarlett doubts his word, but at The Mansion of Mystery, can any story really be dismissed as too ridiculous?
- Tensions mount as Daphne's fear that Mona Schroedinger is trying to steal Oliver back place a strain on their relationship. Meanwhile Mona lets slip to Carter that she's not quite the simple party girl she has been pretending to be. Things come to a head however when Mona and Daphne finally come to blows on the bridge.
- Oliver's ex-wife, Mona, is forced to take the reins as Oliver is stunned by the disappearance of Daphne. She does her best to rally his attention, but must also contend with a surprising emotional response from Carter as well. And as if all this weren't enough, Cadet Timmy is back, but he's got a Marine Colonel in tow who WANTS to know what is going on. Once again, Mona's on top of things.
- Anxious to spread his wings, CJ decides to look for off campus housing now that he is starting college. However, the rental agent he is working with, Glenbarry Ben Moss, seems determined to limit the options with the intention of fattening his commission check.
- College freshman CJ is pledging a fraternity, Delta Omicon Gamma. Ignoring Scarlett's warnings about hazing, he starts to realize that life is not easy when you're then new wolf in town. Meanwhile, Mrs. O'Brien does a commercial supporting another of Ms. Kristi's less than reputable fundraisers for Parents for Paws.
