Iqbal is saved in epilepsy by Shoorveer, who then brings him up as his own son. Meanwhile Shankar is caught by the police and imprisoned and his daughter and wife, by strange turn of events, are employed by Dr. Malhotra who, moved by their love and care, takes care of them. Shoorveer saves the life of the doctor's adopted daughter Meena, and both develop a teenage affection; they're then separated and then meet again in youth when Shoorveer is part of a gypsy entourage who love him. Nanda and Dr. Malhotra do not like their relationship, and Meena is being pursued by Rakesh Bedi who is Kader Khan's son. The story revolves around how Danny hungers for his family, Dr. Malhotra's pain to meet his long lost son, his love for his adopted daughter Meena, and the love of Meena and Shoorveer.

When Rajesh finds out about Shekar's sacrifice, he decides to let Seema marry Shekhar, and shortly thereafter the marriage takes place. While Shekar and Seema go off on their honeymoon, Rajesh commences his investigation into smuggling activities off the coast of Goa, and his investigations lead him to a suspect by the name of Tiger. Little does Rajesh know, that Tiger is none other an alias for Shekar, who will do anything to protect himself from Rajesh and the police.

Ram is abducted and held by Babubhai, while Shankar replaces him at the police station, not realizing that these actions are going to change their lives forever.
- Sapna (Mala Sinha) is having fun meeting his employee Rajesh (Biswajit) as Paro, and then, in the city as Sapna; and Rajesh falls for the simplicity of Paro. She is taken hostage by Teja (Dilip Kumar) because of a confusion that she hit his sister. His sister, realizing that Teja would kill Sapna, lets her go, but Sapna doesn't reach back to her cottage. Would Rajesh ever be able to tell her he loved her; more importantly, is Sapna alive?

- Dr Sunil Gupta, a gynecologist and Dr. Hira are partners in Prakash Nursing Home. Sunil treats his profession as an earning job unlike his father, who landed up in debt because of treating free the poor patients. Sunils' girlfriend Yashoda too is a doctor working in a government hospital treating the profession as a service. A patient being treated by Dr Hira dies due to his negligence but he saves his skin by firing the nurse. While operating on a minister's pregnant daughter-in-law, Manjula, Sunil is faced with a choice of saving either the mother or child. He opts for the former. The minister, Raosaheb, holds Sunil responsible for the child's death and lodges a complaint with the medical council. Dr Hira too sides with him against Sunil, getting him suspended. Sunil, in the meanwhile, comes to know about the truth of Hira's patient's death from the absconding nurse. Armed with the evidence he files a case in the court and wins. Chastened Sunil decides to follow in his father's footsteps.
