During the fuss that ensues, the hospital is assaulted by crowds of visitors eager to see the "wonder girl" supposed to have been "ressurected" and now "able to work miracles", while the family and the prosecutor seem unable to build up a case against Aurica: did he commit a rape, or a corpse profanation? To make a bad situation worse, also appears Cezar, full of remorse - only to learn the truth and reject Magda, for not being a virgin anymore! All along this mess, Magda slowly recovers, using the crisis to see those around her in a startling clarity, and then attempt to have a better chance for her future,
