- In half a century of annual rodeos, Calgary's Golden Jubilee Stampede is the greatest of them all. This film shows the highlights of the Stampede week starting from the opening day parade with bands, floats, Indian riders in full regalia, and Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and follows the events of the rodeo itself.
- Animals and birds from almost every part of the world are found at the zoo on St. George's Island in the city of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. To make the representation more complete, there are dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals, life-size and made of cement, in the zoo's natural history park.
