Sex & Nudity

- A pregnant woman goes into labor near the beginning of the game, and soon delivers her baby offscreen.
- In an optional side mission, a female character is seen in a somewhat skimpy swimsuit after being tricked by another character into wearing it. This isn't sexual, however, and is simply played for laughs.
- A male and female character (both in their new adults) develop a romantic relationship throughout the game.
Violence & Gore

- Whenever the enemy or player characters are shot, there's flashes wherever they're shot, but no blood whatsoever.
- Some innocent people are shot to death near the beginning for no reason, though there's no blood seen.
- A man is shot in the shoulder, a bloody wound is briefly seen before he dies (not very graphic).
- A man is seen with several deep cuts, another man unsuccessfully tries to heal him and he ends up dying from blood loss (Meant to be emotional rather than violent or graphic)
- In a flashback, a woman stabs herself in the heart with a knife, this is offscreen, but it's clear what's happening.
- A teen girl is shot in the chest very suddenly and ends up dying (more emotional than violent).
- A young woman is shot in the chest, but ends up surviving.
- It's implied that several people (including a young girl) were burned to death after the enemy burned down their own camp.
- Several people are seen suffering in a concentration camp-like place in various ways. Some are clearly very sick.
- A young woman is shot in the chest suddenly, she ends up surviving, but this is still pretty stressful.
- Whenever a player character is wounded, it's very stressful as they could die at any moment.
Profanity

- Light profanity. Some uses of Damn and Hell.
- One character is a racist (to a fictional race) and says some hateful stuff to another character. However, she gets over it later.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- A main character dies at one point, this scene is very emotional.
- Whenever a player character is knocked down, chances are they could die permanently, this is very stressful.
- If a player character dies, it is very emotional as it shows them sharing a brief final speech before dying.
- Many scenes throughout the game are very emotional as innocent people are put at risk, many of which end up dying.
- A man is seen with several deep cuts. He later dies from his wounds after a man unsuccessfully tries to save him, this scene is very realistic and emotional, but not graphic at all.
