Your Move (2012)
I was moved.
Due to the hard economic times, this is an excellent and timely film. The homeless are often forgotten and neglected. During tough times we tend to look out for ourselves and forget other people. Further, the homeless are at times mistreated and shunned. We get so caught up in our own lives that we forget that they are people too. Spending time with the elderly or sharing a sandwich goes a long way. The character "Giovanni" takes action because he believes everyone deserves respect. The homeless man was so appreciative that he decides maybe it's not too late to make a change in his life. This movie made me stop and think, maybe it's not too late for me to make a move in my own life in treating a homeless person. I would like to think that we all have a little compassion to share. The Director of this film presented a very thoughtful and passionate story.
