Glass Onion (2022)
So flat
It had everything lined up to be a great film but it is so flat all the way through. All the performances seemed so just "mehh" like nothing was put behind their wants or drive. If anything Kate held it together from start to finish as best as she could with her performances. Some of the characters weren't even necessary, like Whiskey ans Kates assistant. You wonder why they even needed to be there, and you don't even notice when they're gone. They each have like a handful of lines. Super disappointed in Rians attempt at this film. The cinematography is well done at least. But everything falls so flat and stale.
Thor: Love and Thunder (2022)
Thor is to silly now
I'd say it's what I expected but more silly goofy parts then necessary that makes Thor look weak ans can't be taken seriously. Similarly to how Hulk is now.
Bale is great in the film and steals each scene he is in. I enjoyed the ending as it is different than most Marvel movies end.
Ms. Marvel (2022)
I like it, it's an easy watch
It is not the greatest thing ever. Ir does have some cheesy moments but I enjoy it and think it's a fun easy watch while eating lunch. It's a shame it was receive bombed when the first episode dropped.
The Batman (2022)
Greatest Batman
This is what Batman should be! The story of a broken man doing his best. A proper detective story.
Pattinson is out is this world as both Bruce Wayne ans Batman. He absolutely crushes this role. Everyone casted for this film were perfect.
Pam & Tommy (2022)
Better after 3 episodes
The first 2 episodes were good, but a little too much for me with over use of party scenes and music. Once episode 3 hit we got more depth and emotion out of the show ans characters. It did kind of abruptly end however.
Severance (2022)
Out of this world
What premise, what performances and what cinematography. Everything about this show is fantastic. I was sucked in with the first shot of the first episode, and it only gets better. Adam is a scene stealer.
Boiling Point (2021)
What a film!
The writing. The cinematography. The producing. The acting. You will be on the floor the entire time through this film. Absolutely incredible. It is a shame no one, including the academy is talking about this movie. Stephen Graham is out of this world.
Inventing Anna (2022)
Horrendous writing
Such childish writing. Cliche Netflix show, all surface no depth. Shonda needs to just stop. I get Julia was trying create a dialect for an individual who was a con artist ans changed her accent, but this was just not the best choice in her part. Again, the writing though just so so poorhouse.
Kingdom (2014)
What a show!!!
What a CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED show! How is this kit getting the recognition it deserves.
Black Widow (2021)
Not bad, not bad at all!
I had low expectations of the film and was surprising pleased and enjoyed it the whole time! Florence is an absolute scene stealer followed closely by David. Great story, and the end credit scene is awesome!
Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021)
Absolutely perfect
Release the SnyderVerse. This was absolutely incredible! Ben is the perfect Bruce Wayne ans Batman. With depth and perfect backstory a this film is amazing.
King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (2017)
I loved it
No it does not follow the King Arthur books, but it is a great take and story. It is entertaining and exciting from start to finish. It is worth a watch.
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021)
A wet fart
Had some good moments, Sam Bucky and Zemo were fun but what brought it down was choppy random scenes, a horrible moppy teenage villain and the worst part way too political.
In & of Itself (2020)
Incredible
This show is out of this world powerful and hypnotizing.
The Flash: Mother (2021)
What did I just watch....
That was absolutely horrendous. Just horrible that is all I can say.
Raised by Wolves (2020)
Starts out so good
And just slowly begins to fade away. Writing, acting and direction all slowly start to fade after about episode 4.... such potential.
Crime Scene: The Vanishing at the Cecil Hotel (2021)
So drawn out.
This was so streeeeeetched out focuses on you tubers, explains the same instance over and over again and goes nowhere. It's exhausting. Poorly made.
I Care a Lot (2020)
Horrible.
Just horrible. They're antagonists for a reason, but the viewer should be able to see something they can relate to or understand. But my word this film is so bad. No clue how it gets greenlit
The Kid Detective (2020)
Gritty, funny, unexpected whodoneit'
Adam B crushes this film and shows his range. The story is great with strong writing and perfectly placed peppered humor.
Judas and the Black Messiah (2021)
Unreal!
LaKeith and Daniel absolutely owned this film! Powerful, deep and meaningful. What a film!
Ted Lasso (2020)
The perfect show
Ted Lasso has what tv has been missing, heart. It is gripping, thoughtful, funny and real.
