The first episode ended with John Novak dedicating his space program to Molly. This was an extreme reaction to Molly asking him for some space. John Novak is an insensitive man, and Molly could not stop him from pulling this stunt. Molly, on the other hand, comes up with the idea of buying empty hotels and converting them into shelter homes for the Alameda Street Project. Sofia is excited about Molly’s idea, and this would take the next episode forward.
Spoilers Ahead
What Was Molly Celebrating?
Molly was happily dodging every call from the media asking for her comment on John Novak’s space program stunt. Nicholas stepped in to help Molly get rid of the media requests for an interview. Molly was busy celebrating the Wells Foundation’s first step towards the Alameda Street Project, the purchase of the hotels as per the plan discussed with Sofia. Sofia...

This Halo article contains spoilers.
At long last, Master Chief has arrived at his destination. It wasn’t a fake out, it didn’t end in an annoying rug pull at the last minute. John-117, Cortana, and unfortunately Makee have landed on the Halo ring. The next phase of the story is truly ready to begin! It took Halo two seasons to get to the events of the game it’s based on, but it did so in rip-roaring fashion in a finale full of twists and turns and…lots of death. In fact, the Halo season two finale clears the board of most non-essential secondary characters as it moves to its new ringworld setting. Even the manipulative Admiral Parangosky meets her demise in shocking fashion.
But despite the vast improvements this second season has made to the series as a whole, its finale also makes one questionable storytelling decision...

This Halo article contains spoilers.
Surprise! The Halo season 2 finale not only got Master Chief and Cortana to the ringworld but it also introduced the live-action version of one of the original game’s key villains: the scheming artificial intelligence known as 343 Guilty Spark. Originally voiced by Tim Dadabo in the games, he is now brought to life on the show by Harry Lloyd, who you might know best as Viserys Targaryen in Game of Thrones.
In the season finale, suitably titled “Halo,” we watch as Master Chief recounts his long journey to the ring to Guilty Spark. It almost seems like the whole show has actually been John-117’s retelling of events to the AI. We know that this conversation is happening some time after Master Chief first landed on the ring, as we see his visor has been shattered since the last time we saw him. Presumably, that...

TikTok is packaging its creators’ quotable lines as prerecorded soundbites for brands. The video app has added Voice Clips from six influential channels to its Sounds for Business library.
The participating creators — Anania, Matt Buechele, Devin Halbal, Good Children, Sani Sisters, and Very Gay Paint — recorded lines that small businesses can use to draw more attention to their paid campaigns and other branded videos. The clips are pre-cleared, so anyone who uses Sounds for Business library can deploy the influencer audio without getting additional permissions.
“Our start on TikTok came from finding the right sound that inspired the right video,” the Sani Sisters said in a video discussing their audio recordings. “Use these voice clips to spotlight new products, engage with new audiences, or connect with your community.”

Several of Elvis Presley‘s songs are still famous today. Despite this, one of the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll‘s greatest masterpieces is mostly ignored by his own fans. The track in question is a beautiful display of vulnerability and desperation. Shockingly, it was intended to be a parody of country songs.
1 underrated Elvis Presley song shows off his romantic side and his dark side
“Blue Christmas” is inescapable every holiday season. “Suspicious Minds” is a staple of classic rock radio. “Can’t Help Falling in Love” is the most overexposed love song ever. However, Elvis’ “Love Me” is rarely played today.
The track is a slow, melancholy doo-wop song that eschews the cliche, upbeat tone of most doo-wop hits. Instead, we hear Elvis sing about how he’s willing to love a woman no matter how awful she is to him. While Elvis is known across the globe for his love songs,...

Elvis Presley’s “Love Me” was intended as the follow-up to one of his most famous and influential hits. “Love Me” was not initially by the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll. Nicolas Cage performed the tune for one of the most beloved cult classic movies of the 1990s.
It might surprise some fans that Elvis Presley‘s “Love Me” was originally a parody song. It was initially given to him by a pair of songwriters as a joke. Subsequently, they revealed what they thought of the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll‘s interpretation of it.

Joni Mitchell Announces The Asylum Years (1972-1975) Archival Box Set, Shares “Help Me” Demo: Stream
Joni Mitchell has announced a new box set called Joni Mitchell Archives, Vol. 3: The Asylum Years (1972-1975), the latest release in her ongoing archival project. The 5xCD/4xLP package is out October 6th via Rhino, while a demo version of her 1974 song “Help Me” is out now.
The Asylum Years refers to the label that released Mitchell’s early ’70s albums, but it also references the artist’s retreat into British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast, a move she made out of frustration with her treatment by the press. Though she temporarily retired from performing live, the move didn’t hinder her songwriting: the period spawned 1972’s For the Roses, 1974’s Court and Spark, and 1975’s The Hissing of Summer Lawns, records that pushed Mitchell into a more jazz-inspired soundscape.
The expanded box set begins with two tracks from a recording session Mitchell had with Graham Nash and David Crosby...

This year’s Gay Days, the annual LGBTQ+ pride event that draws tens of thousands to Walt Disney World and other attractions around Orlando, is taking place amid concerns over the ultimate impact of a series of new laws championed by Florida’s governor, Ron DeSantis.
Although Disney is not a sponsor of the event, the attendees’ annual visit to the company’s theme parks, in which they wear red to stand out among the guests, takes on special resonance given the company’s own battle with DeSantis, who has made the culture wars a signature part of his presidential campaign.
Organizers expect both safety and an inclusive atmosphere in visiting the Magic Kingdom, but they are taking other precautions given the series of bills that DeSantis signed earlier this month that target the LGBTQ+ community. The new laws compelled Equality Florida and the Human Rights Campaign to issue a travel advisory to the state.

A historian says Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle are “inverted versions of each other.” How they both grew up in “very different” environments with varying “values.” Plus, what stood out to Prince Harry about the royal women when they met.

Sure, they both married into the royal family as commoners, but the Princess of Wales and the Duchess of Sussex grew up in very “different” environments, according to historian Tessa Dunlop.
“Meghan comes from Hollywood, her dad was a reasonably successful lighting director,” Dunlop said (via Ok! Magazine).
The now-41-year-old grew up in Los Angeles, California, living in the View Park-Windsor Hills neighborhood. She attended Immaculate Heart, a Catholic private school.
Meghan’s parents — Doria Ragland and Thomas Markle — divorced when she was six but remained on good terms during her childhood.
