Sex & Nudity

- Women are shown being sexually assaulted in side missions, and in one instance in the story.
- Several cutscenes show kissing and cuddling.
- You can go to a bathhouse and pay to have a bath with a girl. The screen cuts away and you hear lots of moaning. You lose energy doing this.
- Breasts and buttocks are shown in multiple instances throughout the story. Cutscenes show men and women engaging in sexual activity, but they can be skipped.
- One graphic sex scene that shows a girls breasts and buttocks, and later shows full male and female nudity.
- The camera zooms in on girls butts a lot of times. Some of them are naked. Lots of sexual talk about girls as well.
- Optional Sex Scene is seen when Henry gets drunk on a main mission, avoidable if you decline the petition to drink.
Violence & Gore

- Players control the main character from a first-person perspective and are able to use a variety of weapons similair to other RPG games.
- The player can use swords, daggers, axes and bows to kill human enemies. Blood spurts appear whenever characters take damage but there is minimal gore. The player can also fight enemies in closeup brawls.
- There is however some gore in cutscenes where a man is seen being decapitated and another in which a man is impaled with a sword.
- There are occassional references to sexual violence involving the mutilation of women.
- Eviscerated corpses can be seen in the game. Bloodstains are visible around the corpses.
Profanity

- There is occassional use of strong language like f*ck and c*nt.
- There are also milder terms like bitch, shit etc.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Many characters are seen drinking alcohol and appear drunk in taverns.
- The main character drinks and the screen turns blurry showing that he is clearly drunk.
- A character pukes after drinking too much in a cutscene.
- The player character can get drunk. He can also suffer a hangover if he drinks too much.
- One of the skills that the player can improve is drinking.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- This is a vengeance story therefore there are moments which may be intense and emotional for some players.
- The death of Henry's (player character) parents could be upsetting for some players.
- Some of the violence in cutscenes may be intense. See violence section for more details.
- Children should not play this game as there are some scenes that can stay in a child's mind. Case 1 being the music crescendo when seeing a pile of mutilated corpses. Case 2 being a staredown with the villain who had killed Henry's parents.

- The sacking of Skalitz at the start of the game is very intense.
