- A boy is whipped (no blood is shown), a dragon kills a man, Zombies (not scary, shown as simply people) burst from graves, zombies are stabbed. One zombie is beheaded. There is black blood shown from the wound. A monster's arm is severed. A man is slashed across the face. We see him bleeding and die. A man's head and spine are ripped from his shoulders and allowed to drip on the ground in front of the camera, Zombies created from the hero's old friends are reanimated with their injuries visible, a heart is ripped from a chest and shown bloody and beating, a man is skewered through the skull, a woman is stabbed through the abdomen.
- Multiple main characters have gory deaths, including one man's head being ripped off; there is blood and spinal cord is depicted.
- Previously killed characters are reanimated with bloody wounds. Queen rips the heart (gore) out of one character and he proceeds to eat it.
