When Sean flips over Cale right after beating him up at the ending scenes in the woods the hood of his jacket is suddenly on his head, while in the previous shot it was not.
Cale directs Katie to lift her hair before he fastens a leather strap around her neck. Later when they eat together, the strap is over her hair.
When Riley is in the hospital, it's shown that she has a tube in her throat, and a ventilator is breathing for her. Because she is awake and alert, she doesn't need a ventilator, as is proved later in the scene when she breathes heavily on her own, despite the ventilator still being active.
Cale states that the paddle shift and that Sean shouldn't confuse it with his Granny's Vauxhall. Neither Cale as an American nor Sean as an Irishman would be familiar with Vauxhall's. Cale would call it a Saturn and Sean would call it an Opel.
When Sean returns to his car after trying to talk to Riley, his windshield is shattered and his tires are slashed. But the car is parked on a public street, with lots of people walking up and down the sidewalk. Cale never would have been able to cause so much damage without being seen and caught. Not to mention that Sean was just right across the street; he would have heard the brick being put through the window.
As semi-professional burglars both Sean and Derek should know that the wealthy clientele of the restaurant are almost certain to have security cameras. Yet, neither take the basic precaution of hiding their faces.
Both Sean and Derek enter homes illegally yet only Derek takes the simple precaution of wearing gloves. Thereby, he leaves no fingerprints. Sean wears no gloves.
