Himself - Host: If I remember rightly, it was Rudyard Kipling who said: "A man spends half his time working for wealth and a woman, and the other half trying to keep from losing either one of them." Now, that's pretty cynical and I'm not at all sure it's true, but there's no doubt that women and money do have one thing in common: you can't hang onto them by just saying "Finders keepers." Of course, practically every man learns that sooner or later, but on this program, a couple of young fellas named J.D. Gray and Harley Mason find it out a lot sooner than you'd expect; at the age of 14, to be exact. And that's just about the time when one boy will do 'most anything to keep another boy from looking too good in front of the girl that looks wonderful to both of them. Well, that sort of thing caused quite a bit of trouble last week over nothing more sinister than a watermelon; it taught the boys that crime doesn't pay. And this week, they learn all about women and wealth with the help of a mysterious tramp and the treasure in the haunted house.
