When we talk about first-person shooting games, we can never look beyond Call of Duty. This title has been winning the hearts of millions of fans for over two decades now. Players find a strong bond with the aspects of the game. One of those aspects is its classic map.
Call of Duty has featured a number of unique maps throughout the years in multiplayer, like Nuke Town, Kill House, Shipment, Rust, and many more. But there is one map that fans have been missing for a long time in today’s Call of Duty, and that is Crash. However, the wait is finally over.
Crash is Returning to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
Crash will make its debut in Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile.
Fan favorite multiplayer map Crash is making a comeback in the franchise, as it will debut in Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile in the Multiplayer: 6v6 Core mode.

Gareth Evans initially completed production of Havoc in 2021 – but now it’s heading off for reshoots, and a delay to 2025.
Despite wrapping production all the way back in 2021, we didn’t hear anything about Gareth Evans Havoc for a very, very long time. So long in fact, that we were beginning to wonder if the film had been quietly shelved.
It wouldn’t be the first time that Netflix had abandoned a film in post-production, look back at the recently-announced scrapping of the Halle Berry film The Mothership as Exhibit A, if you need evidence that the Silicon Valley company can be pretty ruthless if it feels a project isn’t cutting the mustard.
However, things took a turn for the positive last month when it emerged that Havoc was still alive and well, with its debut being set on Netflix set for later this year.

The renaissance of “Doctor Who,” which started its latest season this week, is a 20-year journey that is entwined with the establishment of a thriving TV production scene in South Wales, where it shoots, and the meteoritic rise of the production company Bad Wolf.
This dates back to 2003 when writer Russell T Davies was asked by the BBC’s then head of drama, Jane Tranter, to revive the show and to base the production in South Wales, an area hitherto known for coal mining and heavy industry. It was produced in 2004, overseen by BBC Wales head of drama, Julie Gardner.
When Tranter and Gardner relocated to Los Angeles to lead BBC Worldwide Productions and Adjacent Productions, they produced “Da Vinci’s Demons” for Starz, and again located the production in South Wales.
In 2015, Tranter and Gardner set up Bad Wolf, which takes its name from an episode of “Doctor Who,” and...

No man is an island. As much as we hate to admit it, sometimes, no one gets anywhere in life without someone believing in them. The same is true for Hollywood. It takes the stars aligning (pun intended) for any success story for anyone to really make it, and especially to escape the shadow of how they may be initially perceived.
There may be no better example of that than Mr. Channing Tatum. He told GQ in 2009, “I got crazy lucky. Like, sometimes I think I won the lottery or something. I don’t really know how I got here. But I just keep moving forward, and it just keeps getting better and better.” Had the stars aligned differently, he could have been just an exotic dancer and never entered the public consciousness. Or just a model. Or just played a jock. Or just played generic romantic leads. Or just played generic action roles.

Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy presented the Batman lore in a grounded and exciting fashion with Christian Bale playing the titular role. The trilogy also presented a rich array of supervillains paired against Batman with Heath Ledger’s Joker and Tom Hardy’s Bane being a talking point for fans.
Heath Ledger as Joker in The Dark Knight
Each actor brought so much complexity to their roles and while both are drastically different characters, fans often compare them and decide who was more compelling. However, Nolan believes that the two characters do not exist in the same periphery and are not suited for a justified comparison.

The Raid director Gareth Evans’ latest film, Havoc, finished shooting in 2021 – three years on, it’ll stream on Netflix in late 2024, a report says.
An ominous silence has hung over Havoc, the latest film from The Raid director Gareth Evans, which led to some speculation that Netflix might have quietly scrapped it. Filming on the thriller wrapped in 2021, and little has been heard from the production since – Havoc was also conspicuously missing from Netflix’s roster of films scheduled for release in 2024, which emerged in February.
Netflix has form when it comes to abandoning films in post-production – see the sorry tale of The Mothership, the Halle Berry sci-fi adventure we’ll never see – hence why there have been some concerns over Havoc's ongoing safety.
A new report, however, suggests that Havoc is still alive and well, with its debut on Netflix set for later this year. According to World of Reel's source,...

“Tatami,” the Iranian drama from co-directors Guy Nattiv and Zar Amir, has been picked up by XYZ Films for North America, where both lip-synched English and original language versions will be released later this year.
The feature, which bowed in Venice 2023 where it won the Brian Award, made history by becoming the first film to be jointly directed by an Iranian and an Israeli filmmaker.
Starring Arienne Mandi, Amir, Jaime Ray Newman and Ash Goldeh, and written by Nattiv — an Oscar winner for his short film “Skin” — and Elham Erfani, “Tatami” is set during the Judo World Championships in Tbilisi, Georgia. Midway through the competition, Iranian female judo fighter Leila (Mandi) and her coach Maryam (Amir ) receive an ultimatum from the Islamic Republic ordering Leila to fake an injury and lose, lest she be branded a traitor of the state. With her own and her family’s freedom at stake,...

If you were to design a global sales agent in a lab, they would come out looking a lot like Tamara Birkemoe.
Born in Italy to Chilean parents and raised between Sweden and Rome before moving to the U.S. for film school, the multilingual exec has been a force on the indie film scene since her first job, straight out of UCLA, for Mark Damon’s Mdp Worldwide. For the next 16 years, Birkemoe put in time at Mdp (later Media 8 Entertainment) and then at Foresight Unlimited, the production and sales group Damon set up in 2005. The slate she oversaw ranged from studio-released big-budget action fare, such as Peter Berg’s Lone Survivor and Baltasar Kormákur’s 2 Guns, both Universal Pictures films, which grossed $155 million and $132 million worldwide, respectively; to Kevin Costner starrer The Upside of Anger, a New Line release that earned $28 million worldwide; and Patty Jenkins’ low-budget true-crime drama Monster,...

This Star Trek: Strange New WorldS review contains spoilers/
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Episode 5
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds’ first season has ticked a lot of boxes thus far, from stories of alien encounters that run the gamut from hopeful first contacts to high-octane face-offs and deft character work that adds intriguing new layers to the series’ central players, even those we thought we already knew. Now, with “Spock Amok,” Strange New Worlds tries its hand at comedy, and while the hour isn’t a terribly substantial one in terms of larger forward narrative progress, it’s an utterly delightful time.
The set-up is broad enough to give most of the main cast something to do and, perhaps more importantly, it’s honestly just fun to watch. And while I love this franchise, let’s be honest, outside of, say, Star Trek: Lower Decks, there hasn’t been much...

WWE Superstar Mike “The Miz” Mizanin is guest-starring on Nickelodeon’s “Side Hustle,” and just like his main job and those acting roles in the (post-John Cena) “Marine” movies, it’s a fairly physical gig.
On “Side Hustle,” Mizanin plays Jujutsu star Clint Kickwood, who grunts out “Kick-wood!” as he kicks down Jaget’s (Jacques Chevelle) dojo door.
Kickwood was “hired by a very sorry young man,” he tells Jaget. That sorry young man was Munchy, Jaget’s little bro. Probably extra-sorry now because of the door.
As Clint Kickwood explains, “Clint Kickwood doesn’t just kick stuff, I fix stuff!”
He definitely does seem to kick an awful lot of stuff — especially when he played twins in the movie “Double Kick.” But his mission here is more one of mending a brotherly relationship.

Welcome to this week’s WWE Monday Night Raw review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have what could be, if Vince sticks to the plan, one of the, if not the biggest Raws of the year. I believe we have Damien Priest defending the US Title against Jeff Hardy and a WWE World Title Match between Bobby Lashley and Randy Orton. That being said, Big E has said he plans on cashing in Money In The Bank on the WWE World Champion to finally become the champion himself. I’m excited to see if this all goes well. Meet The Beatles of Zambia! Utopia has released an official trailer for a music history / rock documentary called We Intend To Cause Havoc, which originally premiered at festivals in 2019 and is finally getting a US release this summer. Directed by Gio Arlotta, We Intend To Cause Havoc highlights W.I.T.C.H. (We Intend to Cause Havoc), Zambia's most popular rock band of the 1970s led by the powerful vocalist, Jagari, whose name is an Africanisation of Mick Jagger's. Through the resurrection of a music that was forgotten by many and unheard by most, the film explores the life of a former African rockstar, and the excitement around the rediscovery of his music by a new generation of Western fans. It also captures the influence that the Anglo American Heavy Psychedelic Rock of the 70s had on popular Zambian bands. Their voyage leads to the reunion of W.

In Godfather of Harlem, Forest Whitaker has tapped into one of the complex roles and narratives of a storied career, which has already netted him an Oscar, a BAFTA Award, two SAG statuettes, the Cannes Film Festival’s award for Best Actor and countless other accolades.
The character he plays in the Epix series, created by Chris Brancato and Paul Eckstein, is infamous crime boss Bumpy Johnson, who wars with the Italian mob to regain control of his home turf when he gets out of Alcatraz in the early 1960s, aligning himself at the same time with preacher Malcolm X.
Beyond its entertainment value as a crime drama, the series which he also exec produces has real weight and contemporary resonance, exploring the intersection between crime, politics and systemic racism within the U.S.
Interestingly, the themes and ideas explored are ones that Whitaker had already been thinking about for decades,...

Julie Estelle in The Raid 2
The Raid 2, 1am, Film4, Friday April 9
Once the action starts in Gareth Evans' fast-moving sequel to his 2012 hit, it doesn't let up. Picking up where the first film left off, hero Rama is forced undercover to investigate police corruption. The plotremains squarely in its place as a handy hook for another succession ofvisceral set-pieces and face-offs. From muddy prison quads to the confined spacesof a loo, the inventiveness and the punching, kicking and general mayhem keeps oncoming. Evans has recently signed a deal with Netflix and his criminal thriller Havoc starring Tom Hardy is coming soon. Read the fullreview

Some of David Lynch's wilder flights of fantasy, such as Inland Empire, may have proved tough going for some audiences, but this early feature from his back catalogue, made between cult classics Eraserhead and Blue Velvet offers plenty of mainstream appeal.

I probably sound like a broken record by this point because whenever Gareth Evans is mentioned, it’s utterly important that I implore everyone to watch “The Raid” films. They are two of the best action films, period, let alone of the past decade. Exclusive: In the wake of seeing her Apple TV+ movie Palmer starring Justin Timberlake becoming the streamer’s most viewed ever in a debut weekend, scribe Cheryl Guerriero is writing I Have Something to Tell You for Monarch Media.
The project is inspired by Guerriero’s own experience. In 2003, with a video camera hidden in her family’s kitchen, Guerriero, with the help of her sister, came out to her conservative, religious parents. She subsequently appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show with her mother to help educate the audience on how difficult the coming-out process can be.
Monarch principals Alan Powell and Steve Barnett will produce I Have Something to Tell You, and Guerriero and Monarch principal Vicky Patel will serve as EPs.

Valerie Mahaffey is a staple of primetime television, with memorable performances in such shows as “Dead to Me,” “Desperate Housewives” and “Northern Exposure,” for which she won an Emmy. But this year she has a standout role in film thanks to “French Exit.” In the film, Mahaffey plays Mme. Reynard, a quirky, lonely widow who befriends Michelle Pfeiffer‘s character, Frances. “She’s the polar opposite of Frances, who is divesting herself of things,” says Mahaffey in an exclusive new webchat for Gold Derby, while Mme. Reynard is “grabbing life with both hands.” Watch the video interview above.

While Mahaffey has been cited as the comic relief of “French Exit,” the actress did not necessarily play her scenes in an intentionally funny manner. “I don’t want any artifice and I wanted to play the truth of every moment,” she reveals.
