The guys are using GMRS radios during the lesbian scene and they're talking to a trucker, and the little boy and the fast food joint. Truckers don't use GMRS they use CB's. Fast food joints use 154.600MHz which is completely different from GMRS or CB. The scene was completely absurd. Similar mistakes were made in The Blues Brothers (1980) & Die Hard (1988).
When Stifler walks away with the lesbians at the party and he tells them a story about his high school party and the scene happened on American Pie (1999) and Stifler tells the lesbians "I remembered this one time when I was drinking this champagne" but on the first American Pie movie, he wasn't drinking champagne and he drank a cup of beer that had Kevin's sperm in it.

When Jim glues himself, how did he manage to use the shower and get his boxers on? Also Jim's privates are bandaged due to the obvious skin injuries yet both his hands are OK.

In the beginning scene in which Jim attempts to have sex with the girl, it is established that they are in Jim's dorm, allowing Jim's dad to walk in on them. How did the girl's parents know where to find her?
When Jim "glued himself" and he cannot get any help, then he goes to the roof, he seems to have been able to put on boxers, shorts and shoes. How was he able to do that, but he was not able to open a door or call someone?
