This film begins with a young man fishing in his boat somewhere in the Bermuda Triangle when a strange electric storm hits and he suddenly disappears. The scene then shifts to Chicago where a young woman named "Mary Foster" (Charlotte d'Amboise) discovers that she is pregnant. Unfortunately, the problem with that is that she also suffers from cancer and as a result she and her husband "Brian Foster" (Tom Verica) must decide whether she should submit to chemotherapy--and lose the baby--or to risk everything and attempt to give birth. So rather than make a quick decision they decide to take a few days off to consider their options--and their short vacation involves fishing in the waters off Bermuda. Now rather than reveal any more I will just say that this movie started off okay but after about 45 minutes or so everything just fell apart. It was much too mundane from that point on. In short, this wasn't a good film and I have rated it accordingly. Below average.
