Holy Crap!
Pitch is nearing its finale and is in no way losing momentum!
Between the tug-of-war between Amelia and Will over Ginny, and the wicked game of chess between Charlie, Oscar, and Mike, the only shortage of games being played on Pitch Season 1 Episode 8 was the actual delayed baseball game!
Then it all came crashing down with a single word.
I'm really bummed about Will Baker. He was such a supportive and sweet brother when we first saw him on Pitch Season 1 Episode 2. He did the responsible thing and handed the reigns over to Amelia, for the sake of his sister's career.
What the hell happened?
I welcome seeing B.J. Britt on my screen any chance I get, but was so disappointed to see how Will turned out. I just wanted her to have one family member she could really count on. Jeebus, her father's dead, and she and...

"I don't know where they're coming from anymore", says Cillian Murphy of superhero movies, as he looks back at The Dark Knight Trilogy...
More than any genre, the superhero movie has dominated Hollywood blockbusters in the 21st century. 16 years since X-Men, we’re still getting X-sequels, as well as third-tier villains like most of the Suicide Squad dominating the summer box office. But like a good many people, Cillian Murphy appears to have some reservations about all that. Having appeared in all three installments of Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Trilogy, Murphy is experienced with the caped and cowled set. But even after squaring off with Batman himself, he thinks the environment is changing around Hollywood.
“Have they exhausted every single comic book ever?” Murphy asked Vulture during an interview for his new movie Anthropoid. “I don’t know where they’re coming from anymore.”

Oscar Week 2015 has arrived. The week kicked off with the filmmakers of the Oscar nominated short films.
Actor Sean Astin hosted the Academy’s “Oscar Celebrates: Shorts” event on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.
Astin was a perfect choice. His short film Kangaroo Court was nominated for an Oscar back in 1995, and its quite obvious he has a passion for the genre.
He spoke about what it was like when he was nominated in that category and being excited about the possibility of winning (It was actually a tie between 2 shorts that year, and his film was not one of them). Said Astin wryly, “I told myself we probably came in 3rd.”
He was very engaging in Q&A panel and asked the perfect smart and brief questions to keep things moving along.

Shezanne Cassim returned to the United States on Thursday following a long imprisonment in the United Arab Emirates for posting a parody video about Dubai teenagers.
Shezanne Cassim Released
Upon his return, Cassim censured the UAE authorizes for keeping him jailed for so long and for not telling him the charges levied against him or his sentence for the unknown crimes for months.
"I did nothing wrong," Cassim maintained. "There was nothing illegal about the video, even under UAE law. I was tried in a textbook kangaroo court, and I was convicted without any evidence. We had no idea of what our crime was. We had no idea how long we'd be in prison for. We weren't actually told what our crime was until five months later, after we were taken in. Even then, we heard rumors of the charges, and they kept on changing."

I would be lying if I said there was an enormous amount of variety enveloped within this album, but for a debut album by the Los Angeles based band, it really isn’t that bad!
First and foremost, anybody that can include Andre 3000 on a record is bound to produce a hit and for me, he features on the best track of the album. Farrah Fawcett Hair is an absolutely divine song and, as the lyrics state themselves, it’s good sh*t! An echoing jazz trumpet on top of a bouncy bass guitar smoothly digresses into Andre 3000′s fleeting vocals and at this point, you are in love with this song! Some may say this is somewhat of an anomaly for Capital Cities, it’s a far cry from anything they have done in the past and presents a completely different group to the guys...

'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here's Gillian McKeith has been branded ''nuts'' after claiming she was pregnant in a bid to get out of Jungle Jail. The 51-year-old TV nutritionist - whose behaviour has become increasingly erratic after being voted by viewers to compete in eight consecutive Bushtucker Trials - also told fellow campmates she has been hearing voices and thought she had rabies after being ordered behind bars as punishment for refusing to pick up creepy-crawlies in the Kangaroo Court challenge. A show insider told The Sun newspaper: ''When Gillian went back to the jungle jail she went nuts. It ..

Gillian McKeith claimed to be pregnant on I’m A Celebrity this week, in a bid to escape from jungle jail.
The ‘You Are What You Eat’ star was incarcerated with Shaun Ryder and Sheryl Gascoigne after cheating on a Kangaroo Court challenge.
Protesting that she shouldn’t be there, Gillian began to scream at the cameras, insisting that they set her free. At one point she even yelled ‘Let Me out, I’m pregnant!’
Fellow contestant Lembit Opik said everyone was worried about her, adding:
“Gillian’s level of ailments have increased and she has been hearing voices. She is very weak and frail at the moment.”
An insider told The Sun:
“When Gillian went back to the jungle jail she went nuts. It was quite scary.”
An ITV source said Gillian had been “clearly joking” and made up the story.

Gillian McKeith was sent into a strop on last night’s I’m A Celebrity, when she was slung into the jungle jail for cheating in the Kangaroo Court.
The Your Are What You Eat star was disqualified for not staying in the dock when cockroaches were rained on the celebrities who were taking part in a game of sliding tiles – and was sent to the jungle prison as punishment.
Gillian ranted at producers and said they would have to drag her by the hair is she got picked for another trial.
“I’m so angry, I should not be in here, I’m telling you now it”s not fair, do you hear me?! I fainted today, I’ve had no food, I don’t feel well and then you go and disqualify me. You didn’t give me a chance and now you put me in a fly ridden hell hole.

Shaun Ryder has launched an expletive-laden tirade at Gillian McKeith in the I'm A Celebrity jungle. With McKeith and Ryder both exiled to the Jungle Jail following their performances in the Kangaroo Court, the former Happy Mondays frontman lit a cigarette in the open-barred lock-up. The self-professed health food guru chastised Ryder, telling him that he couldn't smoke as it would "kill" them. "You f**king what?" Ryder retorted. "I'll smoke where I want, you can go in the f**king toilet. "I smoke where I want, don't tell me where I can't smoke." McKeith further provoked Ryder by telling him to stop swearing, prompting him to announce: "I'll f**king swear when I want to swear so f**k off." Unfazed by his annoyance, McKeith said: "There's plenty of other places to smoke, I can't (more)...

Nigel Havers has threatened to quit I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! over a special task that sent two contestants to jungle jail. The 13 celebrities were informed that over the coming days they would all be given the chance to win immunity from the first public vote by appearing in Kangaroo Court, although each session would end with one pair being sent to a special prison cell in the camp. Each celebrity was told to stand in a dock in a makeshift jungle courtroom, presided over by a stuffed kangaroo that shot a joey from its pouch at random intervals. The first celebrity to bang their gavel each time the young marsupial appeared would be pardoned and remain in the running for immunity, until just the two slowest celebrities were left to do time. However, upon hearing that an electric shock would be administered to the contestants that...

Eli Roth's Trailer Trash and Pot Smoking Zombies! Being a fan of the grindhouse genre and era, I am eager to see Eli Roth's Trailer Trash, the latest project spawned from his faux trailer Thanksgiving(Trailer Below) in Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez's Grindhouse. What Grindhouse missed in box office numbers, it made up for in one hell of a thrill ride full of sleazy mis-framed exitement.
I am hoping that Eli delivers the same thing in his new film made of entirely faux trailers. This film will probably do horrible in the box office and will not win any awards, but thank you MGM for letting it hit the silver screen, Aug 22, 2008.
Quotes from the Empire Magazine article!
Eli Roth talks the inspiration behind Trailer Trash with Empire Magazine. He says, "I made that Thanksgiving trailer and we were laughing so hard, I was like, 'This is all I wanna do.
