I love Timothy Granaderos. Not only is he a fellow Midwesterner (he was from Michigan), but the “13 Reasons Why” actor is also a Filipino-American born with a Chavacano father and a Midwestern mother. "I need you to trust me. There can be no lies, or the ritual will have very little chance of success." Lionsgate has revealed an official trailer for an indie horror thriller titled Devil's Workshop, which will be scaring audiences starting at the end of this month. This is a special red band trailer for this freaky superntatural horror, mostly for all the blood. It's being described in the marketing as a "psychological thriller" though it plays more like exorcist horror. A struggling actor spends a weekend with a female demonologist to prepare for an important audition. The big twist in this is that he thinks he'll get the role but when he doesn't things go awry with her. Starring Timothy Granaderos, Radha Mitchell, Emile Hirsch, Sarah Coffey, and Brooke Ramirez. Looks like it might be freaky, curious to see what's going on with this crazy demon lady. ›››

Buying your first home can be daunting to say the least. In addition to worrying about how much your new home is going to cost, you also wonder what your new neighbors will be like and if your kids will be able to make friends in the neighborhood. You might also want to make sure your new house doesn’t have a bizarre, murderous history, just to be safe.

As the pandemic lockdown changes the landscape of film and TV, many are shifting the way they tell stories — and a lot of that is shooting remotely. Filmmaker Nick Simon has done exactly that with the film Untitled Horror Movie which recently completed principal photography.
Directed by Simon, who co-wrote it with Luke Baines, the comedy-horror was shot entirely during lockdown with the entire writing, pre-production, and filming process taking place remotely. Set on computer screens and found footage style content, the movie follows six actors who decide to shoot their own horror movie as their hit TV show is on the brink of cancellation. In their search for a plot, they unintentionally summon a spirit with an affinity for violence, who starts picking them off one by one.
Baines also stars alongside Claire Holt, Darren Barnet, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Katherine McNamara and Timothy Granaderos (13 Reasons Why). The cast also features Kal Penn, Kevin Daniels, and Sohm Kapila.
“I’ve always believed that film should be a collaborative art form, and I don’t think there’s a truer example than with this picture,” said Simon, who was mentored by Wes Craven. “The actors did everything from lighting themselves — guided by our incredible Dp, Kevin Duggin — to recording their own sound and doing their own hair and makeup. As crazy as that could have been, it was easily one of the most enjoyable experiences in my professional life. It was one of those once in a lifetime moments when everything aligns at the exact right time.”
The film comes from Sundance and SXSW Grand Jury Award-winning producer Bronwyn Cornelius and Marina Stabile. Randy Sinquefield’s Spectrum Studios financed the picture. CAA Media Finance represents the film’s worldwide distribution rights.

13 Reasons Why Season 4 arrives on Netflix in one week, and the streamer has dropped a new sneak peak.
The clip involves Winston (Deaken Bluman) trying to get answers from Ani (Grace Saif) following Monty's death.
"Tell me what really happened and I swear to you I'll never mention it again, to anyone," he sais to a clearly shocked Ani.
"Just tell me what really happened."
Unfortunately for Winston, Ani has the best poker face out there, and gives him the following response:
"I don't know."
It's an awkward scene, for sure, and Winston leaves with the following:
"Why lie to me? What good does that do?"
Indeed, there would be no show if these teenagers told the truth.
Through three seasons, we've had a suicide, an almost school shooting, sexual assault, and murder.
It's been an exhausting series, and with us heading into the final season, there has to be some consequences for the characters.

One thing we know for sure is this: Secrets don't stay hidden at 13 Reasons Why's Liberty High School. In the new trailer for the finale season of 13 Reasons Why, Justin (Brandon Flynn) tells Clay (Dylan Minnette) not to freak out. Easier said than done when somebody has painted, "Monty was framed" in the school. It's senior year and the kids are trying to keep all the secrets buried. But with so many tying them together, will that even be possible? And as the pressure mounts surrounding Montgomery de la Cruz (Timothy Granaderos) and the murder of Bryce Walker (Justin Prentice), trust is tested. "What if they're watching all of us?" Jessica (Alisha Boe) asks. Clay is...

Will Clay Jensen be the first character to crack following the cover-up of Bryce's murder?
Netflix on Wednesday dropped the official trailer for 13 Reasons Why Season 4, and we have our mystery for the final season.
During the show's third season, fans witnessed most of the characters save Alex from the law to pin the murder of Bryce on Monty.
Unfortunately for Monty, he did not get to plead his innocence because he was brutally murdered while in jail.
But fear not, it looks like justice could be served.
Winston, who slept with Monty on multiple occasions, knows the truth, and the trailer confirms that he is not going to let the teenagers get away with what they did.
Indeed, the teenagers are greeted with writing on the wall that seems to allude that Bryce was not murdered by Monty.
Clay is visiting a psychiatrist, who thinks there is more to Clay than meets the eye,...

Monty was framed.
Those are the damning words spray painted onto doors at Liberty High in the final season of “13 Reasons Why” that set the final season’s drama in action, as revealed in the official trailer Netflix released Wednesday.
Monty, or Montgomery de la Cruz (Timothy Granaderos) was the violent teenager who raped Tyler (Devin Druid) and constantly bullied a number of other classmates, as well. He died in the third season of the show, which kept him unable from being able to to deny the accusations that he killed Bryce Walker (Justin Prentice).
But now it appears someone out there is not Ok with him taking the fall for that particular crime.

Get ready to bust out your cassette tape player for a breath of nostalgia: The fourth and final season of “13 Reasons Why” will launch June 5, Netflix announced Monday.
In the final season, Liberty High School’s senior class is preparing for graduation, but of course before they can actually say goodbye to each other and their school, they will have to keep a dangerous secret buried, as well as face “heartbreaking choices” that may impact their futures forever.
The final season of the young adult drama that was originally based on Jay Asher’s 2007 novel of the same name will consist of 10 episodes. While the first season followed the plot of Asher’s book, centering on the titular tapes the teenager Hannah Baker (Katherine Langford) sent to various classmates to explain her suicide, subsequent seasons thrust her friend Clay Jensen (Dylan Minnette) into the center of the story and...

Bryce Walker may have been the subject of 13 Reasons Why‘s big murder mystery, but he certainly wasn’t the only Liberty High School student whose life was cut alarmingly short in Season 3.
Montgomery De La Cruz also met a gruesome end behind bars, following his arrest for assaulting Tyler back in Season 2. And to complicate matters even further, Monty was posthumously blamed for killing Bryce, a plot hatched to prevent the real killers — Alex and (sort of) Jessica — from going to prison. It was an unfortunate conclusion to a tragic tale of child abuse and sexual confusion, among a myriad other unresolved issues.

Grace Shaif appears to be leaving the world of social media behind following backlash towards her new 13 Reasons Why character, Ani Achola.
The 23-year-old actress joined the cast of the controversial drama's third season, and many fans took an instant dislike to the character and took it upon themselves to take it out on the actress.
Much of the hatred lodged at the actress stemmed from the fact that Ani was not featured in the first two seasons, but took over as the narrator of the third, becoming intertwined in all of the central storylines in the process.

Warning: Spoilers ahead for season three of 13 Reasons Why.
Liberty High bad boy, Montgomery de la Cruz (played by Timothy Granaderos) is no stranger to conflict; mostly with those around him, but sometimes even with himself. His story in the latest season of Netflix's 13 Reasons Why takes quite the interesting twist. While Clay and Ani are off trying to solve a murder, Monty is left struggling with his sexuality. We feel Monty's inner conflict after one-thing-leads-to-another with Bryce Walker's wealthy peer, Winston, at another "rich kid party," as he describes it. Is Monty gay? Exploring? He seems to be asking himself the same questions for most of the third season.
Poor Winston takes the brunt of Monty's pent-up anger after asking if they can see each other again sometime. Monty isn't ready to have his sexuality questioned by anyone and certainly doesn't want news of his hookup to get out.

13 Reasons Why Season 3 is almost here and the fine folks at Netflix have dropped the full-length trailer.
The murder of Bryce Walker takes center stage as the teenagers all emerge as very likely suspects.
When you have a character as wicked as Bryce, then it's fair to assume that there will be a lot of suspects when something happens to him.
Oh yes, the series is going full murder mystery for its penultimate season. Will that result in a more watchable season?
Possibly, but time will tell.

Who’s up for another chill, drama-free season of 13 Reasons Why? After spoiling its own plot twist earlier this month (someone kills Bryce Walker!), the Netflix series released an official trailer on Wednesday, confirming what fans likely already assumed: every single character is a suspect.
In addition to Bryce’s untimely (yet somehow long overdue) death, the show’s third season will also be its first without Hannah Baker; former leading lady Katherine Langford revealed back in May 2018 that she wouldn’t be returning to the series, explaining that her character’s story concluded in Season 1, comparing Season 2 to “being in purgatory.

The third season is sure to bring a lot of new thrills as we work to hunt down Bryce's killer when the show returns Aug. 23.
