Thommy Hutson is an award-winning screenwriter, producer, and best-selling author.
A graduate of UCLA, he has written and/or produced film and television projects-horror, thriller, holiday, animation, and documentary-that have been released on Netflix, Hulu, Audible, Shudder, Hallmark, Lifetime, Syfy, Bio Channel, Cartoon Network, and more. From features and television movies including Truth or Dare, A Christmas for the Books, The Id, Animal, The Trouble with the Truth, and more, to documentaries on iconic horror franchises such as Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy, Crystal Lake Memories: The Complete History of Friday the 13th, More Brains! A Return to the Living Dead, and Inside Story: Scream, Thommy has enjoyed creating in multiple genres. In addition, he has written two novels and a non-fiction book.
A member of the Producers Guild of America, the Horror Writers Association, a Saturn and Home Media Magazine award-winner, and a teaching assistant in the Creative Writing department at The University of British Columbia, Thommy continues to create unique and compelling projects for film, television, home entertainment, and publishing.
